How we are running this competition with Corona Virus guidelines

 

There will be a parking attendant to park your lorry or horsebox adhering to social distancing, there will be ample parking available.

All competitors will be given a time to run, times will be available on the website by 6pm on Friday 17th July. The office will be closed, however the events secretary will be at the stewards box at the main arena for any queries.

Competitors will be asked to warm up and cool down in the dressage arena. 

Working in with jumping will be in the collecting arena as usual with only 5 people jumping at one time. Please give precedence to the next 5 competitors to enter the main arena.

There will be a steward in the collecting arena to adjust warm up fences.

There will be separate entrance and exit to the main arena.

Clear Round will be set at 60cm, this will be the first 8 fences only.

At the end of the class results and prizes will be announced there will be a live feed on the website. Prizemoney will be sent to the account you entered with, and rosettes can be collected from the steward box by the main arena entrance. Gloves must be worn to collect rosettes. Rosettes can also be posted out to you, please leave a self-addressed envelope with Olivia at the steward box.

Toilet facilities will be open, and sanitised regularly by Elms staff. 

Catering facilities will be available from the Catering van.

 

We want to make this competition as safe as possible so please adhere to all social distancing rules, keep 2m apart, sanitise your hands regularly and do not gather in large groups.
